Beginner Gymnastics Taster Courses
Looking for the perfect way to introduce your child to gymnastics?
Our Beginner Taster Course provides a fun, structured environment where young gymnasts can develop
key skills while exploring a variety of apparatus, including the vault, balance beam, and bars.
Throughout the course, participants will work towards earning their first Gymnastics Certificate and Badge
within the first three weeks — an exciting milestone in their gymnastics journey!
Preschool
GymTots Adult & Child
Our Pre-school sessions for boys and girls age 2.5 to 4 years are structured,
fun and safely run by qualified British Gymnastics Pre-School coaches with a
parent/guardian in the gym with their child taking part in the lesson.
Lessons are planned carefully each week to offer variety and give stimulus to the child's physical and social development,
whilst teaching a variation of safe progressions and still having fun!
We try to encourage all of our Pre-School children to learn early balance,
co-ordination and basic gymnastic skills through a variety of age appropriate and fun activities,
focusing on motor skills, spatial awareness, strength and agility.
All of this is taught in our purpose built gym using specialist equipment.
All preschool children will work their British Gymnastics Fundamentals badges and
also Preschool Agility Balance and Co-ordination awards.
Classes are initially a block. Booking of a 6-week taster course paid upfront
on the online shop. At the end of your taster course you can choose to continue in
the class on annual 47 week fees fees prorata'd in to 12 months monthly fees of £33 per month.
Once a member of the club you have the flexibility to change classes if you would like to move to a different regular class day/time.
GymTots Plus Independent Child

able to go in to the gymnastics hall without their parents.

physical and social skills using stimulating apparatus stations.

songs & rhymes with the use of Hand Apparatus
Parents/Guardians view the lesson from our upstairs viewing balcony.

Balance and Coordination Badges are also part of the curriculum.
