The gymnastics party cost is:
Food – Hot dog, drink, crisps and a biscuit if there is a dietary requirement please state at the time of booking.
Please note, only staff members have access to the kitchen facilities, customers cannot enter the kitchen as it is used to prepare food for sale. Members of the public may wish to use the tea and coffee machine located in reception.

The time slots for parties are: Saturday 15.30 till 17.00

Participants should wear leisure clothing, leotards, jogger bottoms, t-shirts. Participants should NOT wear jeans or any clothing that has zips or buttons on them as refusal on the equipment will be implemented. Also NO outdoor shoes will be worn when in the gymnasium as glass and debris from outside could cause potential harm to the children that have bear feet.

Your party will be supervised by COPGC Staff, who are all fully qualified and experienced British Gymnastics Coaches. The party will begin on our sprung floor with warm-up activities and stretches. The children then sample some of the specialist gymnastic equipment we have to offer, including trampoline, bars and rings, Beams the vault into the sponge pit and much more which will last in total 1 hour, you will then go into the loft where the food will be served, the cake can be cut and we can sing happy birthday to the birthday girl/boy, you will return to the gym for a further 5 minute play and birthday bumps, then it’s time for home.

Turn down Crook Street between B&M Bargains and Apollo, then turn left at the bottom of the road. On the right hand side there is an entrance with red gates, turn into that car park and head around the back of the building. The reception to COPGC is on the right hand side two thirds of the way down.
Please be aware that Parking is only permitted against the wall opposite the gymnastic centre for safety reasons. If a child exits the facility and there is a car parked against the facility wall the child may not see oncoming traffic and could potentially be hurt. It is the organisers (parent/guardian) responsibility to ensure all car users are aware of this.
