What Do You Do in a COPGC Party?

Your party will be supervised by COPGC Staff, who are all fully qualified and experienced British Gymnastics Coaches. The party will begin on our sprung floor with warm-up activities and stretches. The children then sample some of the specialist gymnastic equipment we have to offer, including trampoline, bars and rings, Beams the vault into the sponge pit and much more which will last in total 1 hour, you will then go into the loft where the food will be served, the cake can be cut and we can sing happy birthday to the birthday girl/boy, you will return to the gym for a further 5 minute play and birthday bumps, then it’s time for home.
